How to measure your head
Measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape, passing it about 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears, at the widest part of your head.

Note: If your measurement is between two sizes, Sweet Protection generally recommends choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit or the smaller size for a more precise fit. A helmet should fit snugly without creating excessive pressure points.
